Review of Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) by James T — 24 Aug 2015

Guardians of the Galaxy was a massive gamble by Marvel Studios due to unknown characters but has paid off massively. Not only the one of the best Marvel films produced but also one of the funniest blockbusters out there. All of the characters had plenty of screen time for the audience to get to know them and also displayed the relationship between each member of the Guardians team. There are moments between characters that are heart warming. The cast all mimic their characters that they are playing extremely well. Chris Pratt makes a incredible Star Lord as well as Rocket and Groot's on screen relationship feeling very realistic as there is a heart-melting moment towards the end of the film which made the Guardians friendship ever so closer. The thrilling visual effects and constant action make the dialogue very enticing for the audience to watch. The massive amount of humour within this film which engages the viewer and makes this film as good as it is.

Overall, this must is a must-see in my opinion as any audience will enjoy this film cause everyone has seen as much as each other unlike the Avengers films which intertwine which each other throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe which makes it that much more open to new fans.
