While sort of a sequel to the live action series, it more or less sums up what the series was about. he has a wierd ability to get out of trouble comparable to inspector gadget, cluso, and hong kong fuey.
.. except on purpose. that made no sense. anyway, its a good after school special movie gone wrong.
