Sadly, there is not much to like about this even for a Stallone apologist like myself. What shapes up as a Rocky Vs Raging Bull ends up being as limp as you'd expect but not because the talent aren't up to it.
It's the lazy writing and the shoe-horning of Kevin Hart and a father-son/lost-love story line that feels misplaced. If given the same pathos as Stallone's Rock Balboa, this could have actually been half decent - but it's not.
It's quite horrible.
