Review of Grown Ups 2 (2013) by Liam C — 13 Apr 2014

This movie actually got a sequel? You better believe it, Adam Sandler and his friends meet up to go on holiday whilst making a movie and we all get to watch it... again! I'm not sure what to say about this, I saw it a day ago and I've already forgotten most of what happened.

It's much like the first one and again, to give credit where credit is due I did laugh at some of the jokes and much like the first one theres some half baked moral tucked away in there. It isn't developed on at all, the movie is about silly slapstick at the end of the day but they feel like when they mention it at the start and then once more at the end they all feel like they did something to make a difference but no, they just did because the script(?) said so.

But if you go to most of Adam Sandler movies for life lessons then you really need help. It's a silly, silly movie, like the first one but I honestly don't hate them, its hardly good but I've seen far far worse.

It's a summer Sandler movie that made $200 million dollars somehow, it's Grown Ups 2, take it for what it is. And like the first movie, this gets 2 stars.
