Review of Grown-Ups (1980) by Derek D — 26 Aug 2012
A grade school championship basketball team reunites 30 years later for their old coaches funeral and finds themselves together on a family trip. A sort-of all-star casting of popular comedians who are real-life friends and it works to that point, but that's about it.
Is kinda dirty sometimes, but still tries to be a family movie that runs every possible formula dry and gets too sappy too often. Pretty forgettable film that will get lost with time.
