Review of Grizzly Man (2005) by Evan L — 13 Dec 2009
It is really amazing that this film was able to be made. It tells the story of a man who lived in the Alaskan wilderness with bears using his own footage. It allows for a picture of this man that is complex, and human despite his erratic and irrational actions.
The film also explores the reasons why we all feel that draw towards nature and a simpler life. It is colourful, tragic, and engrossing.
