Review of Grindhouse (2007) by James D — 12 Jun 2010

Both of these films really do a great job of not taking themselves too seriously, but also they are pretty great at the same time. Death Proof was interesting because it turned the woman as a victim (spoiler alert*) motif on its head! Planet Terror was just pure bloody brilliance and the best zombie movie I have ever seen! If you want to have a great time watching some cerebral b-movies, check out these two, you won't be disappointed.
