Grindhouse throws viewers into a world nearly forgotten with missing and scratched reels as Tarantino and Rodriguez dominate the B-movie genre. Grindhouse is by far the best mediocre film I have ever seen.
Planet Terror adds a new spin on the zombie genre by inserting ridiculously awesome plots and characters. Death Proof is, more than anything else, proof that Tarantino is the master of the modern screenplay.
The fake movie trailers in between are entertaining in their own right.
