Review of Griffin & Phoenix (2006) by Jo B — 09 Dec 2007
When I sat down to watch this movie I had absolutely no idea what it was about... which is probably good cos otherwise I might not have watched it lol.
Very sad, very poignant, very quirky, lots of laughs. Mulroney and Peet were both awesomely believable as the couple in love. I didn't realise they could actually act lol.
Seriously... this was a great (albeit tissue box-necessary) movie. Ironic how the meaning of life can be found in death... pity real life isn't actually like this, even with the whole impending pain and death thing attached. :P.
