(2006) Griffen & Phoenix.
DRAMA.
Says that it's from the producers of "My Best Friend's Wedding" which is basically a chick flick which caters to the female audience and to some men as well who don't watch a heck of alot of films! Simplistic story first centers on Griffen (Dermot Mulroney) att he height of his career has just learned he has an uncurable illness and upon visiting his biological kids they didn't appear to care, and then his ex-wife pops out later instructing him to phone first if he wants to jump the gun to see them. Then upon going to some college, he then meets this quirky young girl Phoenix (Amanda Peet) who seems to be normal at first, but as it turns out she coincidently happens to have cancer as fate would have you know it. All it is, is basically a straight up love story involving people coping with a limited amount of time. It would probably work if I was dying even though their may be ones better than this one, and as destiny would have you know it, it brought them toether.
4 out of 4.
