Quirky and intriguing but doesn't quite hit the mark. Two leads do a good job. The second act gets bogged down and the point of the movie comes too late for the viewer to appreciate what is actually going on.
It is as if the film makers didn't know what genre they were creating. Needed stronger direction and s richer, faster pace.
