This is not your average superhero film. Rather, it examines why we need superheroes at all. Besides being an excuse to revolt against the fashion norm, why do they exhilarate and inspire us? This succeeds where Ben Stiller's Greenberg failed in creating some socially challenged characters, enveloped in a touching comedic tragedy.
