A surprisingly effective Dominic Purcell leads this savage but solid action film. The 'mismatched partners' cliche has been done so annoyingly in recent times that finding a serious attempt at it, even one as violent as this, is a pleasant surprise.
Its far from great, but it certainly doesnt disappoint either.
