Sure it's not as good as the original but it still has it's fun moments. It's also creative. A bunch of Gremlins drink a mad scientists chemicals. So now there's a Gremlin that's electric energy, a Spider Gremlin, a flying Gremlin and a girl Gremlin.
It doesn't take itself as serious as the original. Which is why a lot of people dislike the movie. It's goofy, 100% goofy. I mean there's one scene where Gremlins stop the movie and Hulk Hogan "lol" forces them to put it back on. I actually liked that about the movie though.
