Review of Green Zone (2010) by Matthew S — 04 Apr 2011
Taught political thriller set in the middle of the combat in Iraq. After all the scandals that occurred during this and the Afghanistan wars, it's easy to believe this is based on a true story as the action weaves astutely through the plot-line.
Great performances are perhaps lost in the action but this was an altogether enjoyable watch that satisfies on several levels. Damon rarely fails to deliver, and this is no exception.
