Review of Green Street Hooligans (2005) by Nicole G — 28 Aug 2009
Wood may be cursed with the looks of a cherubic twelve-year old but with this and the likes of Sin City he's trying hard to not be judged on them - and it's working. This is a far better film than I thought it would be, with a plot that keeps moving and no tossed-in love story.
The" punches" don't always connect but it's still a really good film, and no, it doesn't glorify football violence. At all.
