Review of Green Street Hooligans (2005) by Loota B — 28 Apr 2010
Elijah Wood, desperate to shed his Frodo-image, stars in a movie about a Harvard dropout who hangs out with West Ham supporters and gets a taste for blood spilled in the violence of hooliganism. All the supporting cast speak with accents which verge from Irish to Australian, but nowhere near the geographical location of West Ham FC (East London).
A ludicrous piece of trash that needlessly glorifies the side of football which has no place in the world.
