Review of Green Street Hooligans (2005) by Jorge G — 07 Aug 2012
How the hell this god awful piece of crap can be considered a good film is completely beyond me... It sets out to be a study of football hooliganism yet is so full of inaccuracies about both the scene and the country in which its set its ridiculous.
It wants so desperately to be a gritty thriller but comes across like a pedestrian soap opera with all the grittiness of a chimps tea party. Oh and Cockney accents be damned, they may as well have used Dick Van bloody Dyke.
