Review of Green Room (2016) by Phillip O — 08 Jul 2016
Green Room starts off with an intriguing premise, but as it goes on, you start to realize that it's not a particularly fresh or gripping film. It is well shot, well acted and has some well thought out and suspenseful moments.
Despite that, the plot is very conventional, Patrick Stewart's villain is underutilized and most notably, I couldn't bring myself to care about any of the characters, which seriously undermined the tension.
