Featured in this gem-getting stuck in a unfamiliar place with some pretty shady strangers who at some point will want to kill you, not knowing how to escape...and dog mauling-pretty much a few of my worst fears.

Jeremy Saulnier takes what normally would be ingredients in the Horror-movie formula and again boosts the tangibility of the scenario with characters that seem far more human and real than most I've seen making it all the more terrifying.
