Review of Green Lantern (2011) by Lead_Sharp — 11 Jul 2011

Being a lapsed GL fan, and a forgiver of much (I even found merit in the Electra movie) I went into this with my mind open. Sadly it would take a professional safe cracker to open it enough to allow for the fact that this utter, complete, total, rancid and appalling thing cost between 200 and 300 million to make.

I suspect that money was spent mainly on pushing this on the masses and what was left was split between Ryan Reynold's fee, fizzy drinks and sweeties for the 5 writers. My brain actually boggles that this was passed by WB as something they could put out.
