Review of Green Lantern (2011) by Chris E — 16 Jul 2014
Should have been better. I remember my brother and I walking out of the theater feeling underwhelmed and trying to figure out what went wrong. Green Lantern has the potential to be a truly epic film. The production design was great, the design of the battery and ring, Oa, and other lanterns was good, and I liked Ryan Reynolds as well.
The script was the real culprit here. I can't help but think the sequel they teased would have been a far better movie.
