A man just loves who he loves; absent rhyme, reason, any semblance of self-preservation. You know it when he looks at her. If it's not obvious, it's not there. If there's one thing you're certain of from the very beginning of this film it's that Finn Bell adores Estella.
..and she can give a shit. As tragic as it is, there's beauty in that. There is such a thing as romantic love, unconditional. This picture reminds us.
