Review of Grease 2 (1982) by Nick B — 17 Nov 2012
Shooter McGavin Where are Ye?
How does one come to own a piece of american cinema of the quality of grease 2? For free of course, the aforementioned stinker weaseled its way into my home library is a long twisted tale of bankruptcy and love. in the end, however, it comes down to a lost film returned to a local video store from the defunct chain Blockbuster from where my future bride once earned a paycheck.
A glowing review of this film is hard to write as I cringe at the formulaic and repetitive plot points. The wooden acting, forced romantic interest, and most disturbing a series of overly-long and grating musical numbers.
