Review of Grease (1978) by Aaron M — 31 May 2014
Grease is unforgettable. I do not like musicals but growing up it was impossible to ignore of the hits of all time. Despite corny acting and songs about anything which might require them, Grease is lively and fun.
Its charisma influenced greatly by John Travolta, who is full of charm and energy. Grease is everything a musical should be, uplifting, fun and exciting. Its difficult to fault, but due to my dislike towards musicals I can only give it a rating which reflects my enjoyment of it, although I'm sure it deserves more.
