Review of Gray Matters (2007) by Giffy G — 18 Aug 2008
This movie was interchangeably campy and hokey, but I think the movie makers knew that, because for most of the movie, the camp aided the severe lack of plot. Seriously, that this movie was made in 2007 kinda frigthens me, as this is the type of plot I expect from GLBT movies in the 70s and 80s.
At the same time, I deeply empahtize with Heather Graham's character--more than I thought I would. It was gooey and sweet, and the camerawork was pathetic. Still, I deeply enjoyed myself. Who'da thunk?
