Review of Gravity (2013) by Grant M — 07 Oct 2015

There were some truly excellent shots in this film. The visuals were amazing as was the use of the camera to convey the chaos and hopelessness of the situation. However, as the movie goes on there is a sense of "What now?" as the main character's incompetence causes her life to be put in jeopardy time after time.

Another issue was the dialogue. At times it was rather clunky and many parts of it came off as one liners that no one would actually say. The main character seems to be compelled by some unknown force to narrate all of her actions.
