After you've read the synopsis before watching the film, it all becomes way too obvious about what you're going to see.
Without the cliche characters who has little to no potential and the films predictable moments, it could have been worthy of receiving praise as a horror film which at least tries to be creative with the use of the found footage subgenre. Instead, it continues the long chain of cinematic hand-held failures.
