The bad news is that you've probably seen half a dozen films like this. The good news is that they pull this one off with great panache, from the opening digs at shows like "Ghost Adventures" and "Ghost Hunters" to the creepy conclusion (except for one shot that was stolen directly from the remake of "House on Haunted Hill".
If you think you're interested, try it out. If not, stay far away.
