Nothing about this film was particularly inventive, refreshing, or original -- but it was a lot of fun to watch. Dare I say, one of the best of the "found footage" genre. Grave Encounters did an entertaining job at giving us a behind the scenes look of what ghost hunting shows are like, or, at least, what I imagine they are like. The actors were phenomenal -- there were instances where I felt the characters' fear and despair. All in all, don't expect the next big thing in horror, but give this flick a watch, it'll be worth your time,.
