Review of Grandma's Boy (2006) by Jay L — 02 Jul 2011
--"You forgot smoking lamp, Alex.".
Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Production team is back and brings this absolutely uproarious comedy that does nothing, but induce laughter for the duration. A damn good stoner comedy that's along the same lines as the equally funny "Halfbaked". Grandma's Boy is rude, crude, vulgar, raunchy and also one of the funniest films that I've seen. It's Happy Madison's best comedy by far, the only thing this film is missing is Adam Sandler himself. It's packed with one-liners, jokes galore, complete vularness and some of the most crude humor that one film can offer. Looking for a laugh? Grandma's Boy can and will provide you with plentiful laughs and just an immensely good time. Do yourself a favor and join Happy Madison for an hour and forty five minutes of pot smoking, gut-busting, stomach churning humor that's absolutely hilarious throughout. Allen Covert, Linda Cortallini, Joel David Moore and Jonah Hill are all funny as hell in each of their own ways. Hysterical all the way through.
