Review of Grandma (2015) by Joseph C — 19 Feb 2016
In many ways I could relate to this film. Lily and I are about the same age, and I have a granddaughter who is 21. That's pretty much where it ends though, but I did enjoy watching how this family had drifted apart and then, when the going got tough, came back together again.
Tomlin certainly plays a different character then what I remember she had done in the past though. To tell you the thruth I never knew she was gay... but then again, why should that make a difference to me?
