Review of Grand Prix (1966) by Jamie T — 24 Jun 2007
Boring as drama, with unspectacular acting (although James Garner and Yves Montand are good); but the racing scenes are truly amazing. On a big-screen TV, in HD, this will blow your mind. CGI is no match for the honest-to-God racing on display here.
That makes sitting through the personal dramas worth it.
