Review of Grand Prix (1966) by Mark Z — 19 May 2008
John Frankenheimer and James Garner at their finest. A cinematic treat shot just after "Le Mans", but I believe this movie got 3 Oscars. A visual masterpiece cut in a time when everything was done by hand and it's done better than most modern pics.
It's a worthy lesson in film editing courtesy of Frankenheimer.
