Review of Gran Torino (2008) by Molly M — 05 Jul 2012
A very realistic depiction of how a neighborhood can change in anywhere America from the dream to the ghetto. It also takes a good look at the struggles an older generation faces with the ones below them and how to connect and teach.
Of course, there is also Eastwood's comic relief and showing how communities can bond together in a time of need.
