Review of Gran Torino (2008) by Isaac V — 16 Jul 2012
In my best Charles Barkley voice: Just terrrrible, terrrible. If it weren't for the vast array of completely offensive racial stereotypes and blatant insults (yet, still humorous), I would have walked out half way through the movie.
Took waaaaaaaay too long to develop the story which isn't close to how it is portrayed in the previews. The acting was tremendous, but maybe I wasn't the target audience for the story line, especially since about 85% of the crowd was over 65.
