Gran Torino is an utterly realistic action/drama that is made by an actor who has attained impeccable heights in his career by playing major action heroes in mostly Western films that defined the genre and to have come down to such a position in order to make an action movie without any non-realistic fight scenes or pulp thrills is unexpected. The endings of all Clint Eastwood movies( with him directing) are mind blowing and here also, it's no exception and what makes the film realistic is it's ending. Eastwood gives a fine performance even at this age and the rest of the cast play along well.
