Review of Goya's Ghosts (2006) by Lucie N — 03 Jan 2008
I was expecting a lot from this and was a bit disappointed because of the too high hopes. But this is a nice little film. The terrors of the Spanish inquisition are mainly shown through Goya's art and that gives room to the viewers imagination.
Natalie Portman does a great job as Goya's angel who is for no reason taken into prison by the inquisition.
