Review of Goya's Ghosts (2006) by Ane H — 11 Feb 2008
It was a good movie. I liked the story, it's realistic without falling into a trap of making everything too tragic. I feel with the characters and belive the story, and I enjoyed very much watching Goya work.
Still.. perhaps I lack a feeling for any of the characters. I'm loosing my compassion when I am not sure if the characters are going to reappear or if they just dissappeared into history. That is realistic too, in a sense, but it kills the drama.
