Review of Goya's Ghosts (2006) by Geoff G — 07 Apr 2008
Watched this on a recommendation of a friend (I won't mention WHY she recommended it). It was, eh, ok. Little hamfisted with the "in your face" 18th century Spain is much like the current Iraqi/American experience.
Couldn't buy Randy Quaid as the king. Portman's orthodonture, both as the older Ines AND as the daughter were laughable...but it was a fun view. Not great, but ok. Beat watching basketball anyway.
