Review of Goya's Ghosts (2006) by Erin K — 20 Apr 2008
While this movie started out as an interesting and intoxicating tale, it quickly went downhill in its own scope and grandeur. It tries to cover too much time and too much story that it becomes melodramatic and tiring.
It is a shame to because the movie had some very stirring performances by Natalie Portman and Javier Bardem.
