Review of Goya's Ghosts (2006) by Bob W — 09 Jan 2010
I liked the movie. yes, it was bit convaluted and yes, parts were a bit frayed, but overall the story was intriguing enough to want to watch. the goya character was the most perplexing as to why it was there at all.
it seemed more of an obstacle than serving a purpose. randy quaid was a surprise, both in even being in that role, but also, in the acceptable way he pulled it off. the story had greater potential than what was shown.
