Review of Gotti (2018) by Charlie O — 03 Jul 2018
Sometimes this movie was trying to be a documentary from the History Channel, and sometimes it was trying to be an entertaining mafia movie like Casino or The Godfather, but it succeeded at being neither.
And why was there so much pandering to the memory of somebody who was obviously a bad guy? Are the producers afraid of getting "whacked" or something? Or is Hollywood just incapable of anything that remotely resembles actual morality?
