The title is a misnomer there was nothing Gothic about this film. Halle Berry, for all her beauty, is like the Isabella Rossellini of the Aughts in terms of talent sorry to say. Very hackneyed story and production.
Robert Downey Jr. was still high apparently too. Weak dialogue.
