It is so-called suspense thriller film with dark-tone. A mere choice to watch this films. Nothing special about it, probably the producers and writers were over-zealous to attract yet again same applause that Monster's Ball received (which bears remarkable performances from Halle Berry and Billy Bob Thornton).
