Review of Gosford Park (2001) by Katrina L — 15 Nov 2009
A film that requires the arts of anticipation and patience even as the story is in fact about those very things. The murder mystery throws in a couple red herrings that don't pay off by nature, but I'll allow it thanks to a strong cast that makes me believe it and the excellent camera eye that brings it to life.
