Review of Gosford Park (2001) by Jarett B — 21 Aug 2010
Not a typical murder mystery -- the murder occurs about an hour into the movie. This movie has excellent attention to detail, character development, and dialogue. It was just way too slow paced for my taste (and I love British movies and usually like slow paced movies).
It can barely be called a comedy as the humor is very subtle.
