Review of Gosford Park (2001) by Indi V — 19 May 2011
It's boring. The murder isn't committed until halfway through the film, at which point you're screaming for the movie to go somewhere, to liven up somewhere, and even after the murder it doesn't liven up.
Actingwise, nobody stands out. There are so many characters and only 2 or 3 get any development. Where all the acclaim this film gets is the mystery that should be investigated.
