Review of Goon (2012) by Blake E — 04 Oct 2013
This is a brutally cool film. The amount of blood is quite parallel to the amount of laughs... which is a good thing. It's more than a comedy, it's a film about trying to gain the affection of your parents, trying to be someone.
.. anyone. In the final fight scene between Rhea and Glatt my face was scrunched like I had been sucking on a lemon. I could feel the pain and it hurt.
