There's nothing really clever about it. It starts out about a relationship between two brothers, and tries to stay that way, but really just shows a torture movie that doesn't have much to do with anything.
The first half is great. It's the second half that I lost interest, knowing the "twist" already, but wanted more from the brother relationship.
